Delivery
All UK items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked. Items are sent on the nearest Tuesday or Friday & should be with you within 2 working days. If you need something for a specific date please let me know and I will do my best to meet it.

Packaging
As you can appreciate delicate pottery items require careful packaging. Balancing this need with minimising environmental impact, all packaging is recycled, recyclable or compostable.
Returns
I want you to be delighted with your purchase and if you are not I am happy to provide a refund. If the item arrives damaged please send photographs and a full refund will be issued. If you simply don't like your purchase you can still return it but will need to pay for the delivery and ensure it is returned safely to arrive in a resellable condition.

Personalised items can only be refunded if they arrive damaged.
